eXprtViews had the opportunity to sit down with Jake Dunlap, CEO of Skaled consulting.  He shares his top-tips for startups on when to begin to monetize your site – for B2C and B2B. Dunlap works with many startups to help guide them to making money. He suggests that each situation is different, but there are some general guidelines for both B2C and B2B startup businesses – including building great content and defining key target markets.
